Building Description –  New, mixed use (retail and student housing) development near Temple University – 470,000 sq ft  – a 12-story tower connected to a 19-story wing connected by a seven-story bridge – Addition to our previous job (The View at Montgomery).

Novinger’s Inc. Work – Fabricate and install three wall panel types: 1) EIFS (exterior insulation and finish systems)  2) ACM ( aluminum composite material) and 3) corrugated cladded panels. Panel colors are orange, red, white, and gray. Window receptors were installed in our shop. As of December 2018, most of the panels are now attached to the building frame, except for panels in the hoist area. Caulking is in progress.

Our Customer – INTECH Construction, LLC

Building Description – New nine-story, mixed use (retail and residential) building – Nearly 300,000 sq ft attached to a historic brick train depot building.

Novinger’s Inc. Work – Fabricate and install approximately 400 ACM (aluminum composite material) cladded prefabricated exterior wall panels. Panels are beige and light gray. Floor to ceiling windows were installed after the panels were hung and attached to the building frame. As of December 2018, our panel work is finished. Leasing of retail space and 322 rental apartments is now underway.

Building Description – New graduate student housing building near Temple University – 14-story, 313,000 sq ft building on a reclaimed brownfield site – LEED silver green building certification.

Novinger’s Inc Work – Fabricate and install three wall panel types: 1) EIFS (exterior insulation and finish systems)  2) ACM (aluminum composite material) and 3) corrugated cladded panels. Panel colors are orange, red, white, and gray. This project was completed in 2014.

Building Description – A remodeled building used for  biodiesel (vegetable oil- or animal-based fuel for diesel engines) production and supply.

Novinger’s Inc Work – Apply cementitious fireproofing material to steel deck, joist, and beams. This project is on a compact schedule.
